Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We keep the data we collect deliberately small. When you buy from us or contact us, we may hold:

• Your name. This lets us address you and match your order.
• Your email address. This is where we deliver your activation link and reply to support requests.
• Order data. This is which product you bought, the amount, and the order number.
• Messages you send us. This is the content of any support or contact request.
• Basic analytics. We log anonymous page views and, if you arrive from a campaign link, the campaign source, so we can understand how the store is used. This is not tied to your identity.

Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number. The processor handles the card details directly.

2. Why we collect it

We use your data only to run the service:

• To take your order, deliver your activation link, and confirm your purchase.
• To provide support, and to handle refunds or warranty claims.
• To keep basic records we are required to keep as a registered business.

We do not use your data for third-party advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.

3. Sharing & no selling

We do not sell your data to anyone. We share it only with the service providers we need to operate (for example a payment processor to take payment, and an email provider to deliver your link), and only for those purposes. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

4. Cookies & local storage

We keep cookies and browser storage minimal. We use only what the site needs to work, for example remembering the items in your cart during a visit and, if you signed in, keeping your session. This data is stored on your own device in your browser. We also record anonymous page views for basic analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to support your purchase, handle any refund or warranty claim, and meet our record-keeping obligations. After that, we delete or anonymise the data. You can ask us to delete your data sooner. See below.

6. Security

Checkout runs over a secure, encrypted connection, and we limit who can access order data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information. Remember: we will never ask for the password to your provider account.

7. Children

Our store is intended for adults. The service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their data, email us and we will delete it.

8. Your rights & deletion

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To request access or deletion, email support@lumoplans.com from the address on your order and tell us what you would like. We will respond within 24 hours and confirm once it is done, unless we are legally required to keep certain records. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
