The plan is applied to your existing Canva account. Your designs, assets, and folders remain exactly where they are. Nothing is moved or lost.
How activation works, step by step.
The process is short. Your password stays with you the entire time.
Place your order
Add Canva Pro to your cart and complete checkout. You enter your name and email address. That is all we collect at this stage.
Receive your activation link by email
We email a link to the address you provided at checkout, with written instructions for applying it to your account. Most orders arrive within a few hours.
Activate it on your own account
You follow the link and apply the Pro upgrade to your own Canva account. We do not sign in for you at any point and we never ask for your password.
Canva Pro is active
All Pro features are unlocked on your account for 12 months. If you have any trouble with the link, reply to our email and we respond within 24 hours.
Activation warranty
If your activation link does not work, we replace it or refund it. The warranty covers the activation itself, not the full subscription term after it succeeds.

Why is this cheaper than buying from Canva directly?
Canva charges different prices in different countries. Our suppliers source activations from markets where Canva sets lower regional pricing. We buy in volume and pass most of that difference on to you.
The activation is a legitimate Canva Pro upgrade applied to your account. It is not a trial extension, a cracked account, or a shared subscription.
Does this work in my country?
For most customers globally, yes. Canva is available in over 190 countries and your Pro features are tied to your Canva account, not to your location. If you are unsure whether Canva Pro is available in your region, check canva.com before purchasing or email us at support@lumoplans.com.
What happens when the 12 months end?
When the 12-month term expires, your account returns to Canva's free tier. You will not be charged again automatically. Your existing designs remain in your account; you simply lose access to Pro-only features. At that point you can renew through us, subscribe directly with Canva, or continue on the free plan.
Is my account safe? Do you need my Canva login?
We never ask for your Canva password or any account credentials. You activate the plan yourself using the link we email. If anyone claiming to represent LumoPlans ever asks for your password, that is not us and should be reported.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to send your activation link within a few hours of your order. Most orders are delivered the same day. If you have not received anything within 24 hours, email support@lumoplans.com with your order reference and we will look into it immediately.
Will my existing designs and uploads be affected?
No. The activation upgrades your existing account to Pro. Your designs, folders, and uploaded assets remain exactly as they are. Nothing is deleted or moved. When the term ends, your designs stay in your account on the free tier.
