The process is short. Your password stays with you the entire time.
Place your order
Add Google AI Pro to your cart and complete checkout. You enter your name and email address. That is all we collect at this stage.
Receive your activation link by email
We send you an activation link to the email address you provided at checkout, along with plain written instructions for using it. Typical delivery is within a few hours.
Activate it on your own account
You follow the link and apply it to your existing Google account yourself. We do not sign in on your behalf at any point. We never ask for your password.
Your plan is live
Google AI Pro is active on your account for 18 months. If you have any trouble with the link, reply to our email and we respond within 24 hours.
Activation warranty
If your activation link does not work, we replace it or refund it. The warranty covers the activation itself, not the full subscription term after it succeeds.

Why is this so much cheaper than buying directly from Google?
The same subscription is priced differently in different countries. Our suppliers source activations from regions where Google sets lower local pricing. We buy in bulk from those markets and pass the savings on. The activation is a legitimate Google One plan applied to your account in the normal way.
It is not a cracked account, not a shared login, and not a trial trick. It is regional price arbitrage, the same principle behind international roaming SIM cards or regional software licenses.
Does this work if I live in the US, Europe, or anywhere outside the supplier region?
For most customers, yes. The plan is applied to your Google account and works wherever your Google account works. That said, Google controls what features are available by region, and some AI features are subject to regional rollout by Google. If you have concerns about a specific feature in your country, email us at support@lumoplans.com before purchasing.
What happens when the 18 months end?
The plan expires at the end of the 18-month term. You will not be charged again automatically. Your Google account returns to its previous plan. At that point you can renew through us, buy directly from Google, or choose not to renew. The choice is entirely yours.
Is my Google account safe? Will you need my login?
We never ask for your Google password or any account credentials. Activation is done entirely by you, using the link we email you. If anyone claiming to represent LumoPlans ever asks for your password, that is not us.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to send your activation link within a few hours of your order. In practice, most orders receive a link the same day. If you have not received anything within 24 hours, email support@lumoplans.com with your order reference and we will sort it out.
What if the activation link does not work?
Email us at support@lumoplans.com with a description of what happened. Our activation warranty means we will replace the link or refund the order if we cannot get it working. We respond within 24 hours.
