How activation works, step by step.
The process is short. Your password stays with you the entire time.
Place your order
Add YouTube Premium to your cart and complete checkout. You enter your name and email address. That is all we collect at this stage.
Get your family-group invite by email
We send an invitation and step-by-step instructions to the email address you gave at checkout. Most orders are delivered within a few hours.
Accept the family-group invite
You accept the invitation from your own Google account, following our instructions. That switches YouTube Premium on for your account. We never sign in for you and we never ask for your password.
Your plan is live
YouTube Premium is active on your account for 12 months. One thing to keep in mind: leaving the family group ends the subscription, so stay in the group for the term. If anything gives you trouble, reply to our email and we respond within 24 hours.
Activation warranty
If your activation link does not work, we replace it or refund it. The warranty covers the activation itself, not the full subscription term after it succeeds.

Why is this cheaper than buying from YouTube directly?
YouTube sets different prices for different countries. Our international suppliers source activations from markets where YouTube charges less. We buy in bulk and pass most of the savings on to you.
The result is a legitimate YouTube Premium activation applied to your account. It is not a trial, not a shared account, and not a workaround that risks your account.
Does this work in my country?
For most countries, yes. YouTube Premium is tied to your Google account, which works globally. As long as YouTube Premium is available in your country, the plan should work fine. If you are unsure, email support@lumoplans.com before purchasing and we will check for you.
What happens when the 12 months are up?
The plan expires at the end of the 12-month term. You will not be charged automatically. Your account returns to the free YouTube experience with ads. At that point you can renew through us, subscribe directly with YouTube, or choose not to continue. There is no lock-in.
Is my account safe? Will you need my Google login?
We never ask for your Google password or any account credentials. You activate the plan yourself using the link we email. Your account, your control. If anyone claiming to be from LumoPlans asks for your login, it is not us.
How long does it take to receive the activation link?
We aim to deliver your link within a few hours of your order. Most orders arrive the same day. If nothing arrives within 24 hours, email us at support@lumoplans.com with your order reference and we will investigate.
