How activation works, step by step.
The process is short. Your password stays with you the entire time.
Place your order
Add Lovable Pro to your cart and complete checkout. You enter your name and email address. That is all we collect at this stage.
Receive your activation link by email
We send an activation link to the email address you provided at checkout, along with plain written instructions for using it. Typical delivery is within a few hours.
Apply it to your own Lovable account
You follow the link and apply it to your existing Lovable workspace yourself. We do not sign in on your behalf at any point. We never ask for your password.
Your Pro plan is live
Lovable Pro is active on your workspace for 12 months. If you have any trouble with the link, reply to our email and we respond within 24 hours.
Activation warranty
If your activation link does not work, we replace it or refund it. The warranty covers the activation itself, not the full subscription term after it succeeds.

What is Lovable and who is it for?
Lovable is an AI-powered platform that turns text descriptions into working web applications. You describe what you want to build and it generates production-ready React code with a backend, database, and authentication wired up. It is built for founders, product managers, designers, and developers who want to ship working products without writing every line from scratch.
You can build SaaS tools, internal dashboards, marketplaces, landing pages with real backends, or any web app idea. The output is real code that you own and can edit or export.
Why is this cheaper than buying directly from Lovable?
The same subscription is priced differently in different countries. Our suppliers source activations from regions where Lovable sets lower local pricing. We buy from those markets and pass the savings on. The activation is a legitimate Lovable Pro plan applied to your own account in the normal way.
It is not a cracked account, not a shared login, and not a trial workaround. It is regional price arbitrage, the same principle behind international software licenses and regional app store pricing.
What happens when the 12 months end?
The Pro plan expires at the end of the 12-month term. You will not be charged again automatically. Your Lovable account reverts to the free tier. At that point you can renew through us, buy directly from Lovable, or continue on the free plan. Your existing projects remain in your workspace either way. The choice is entirely yours.
Is my Lovable account safe? Will you need my login?
We never ask for your Lovable password or any account credentials. Activation is done entirely by you, using the link we email you. If anyone claiming to represent LumoPlans ever asks for your password, that is not us.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to send your activation link within a few hours of your order. In practice, most orders receive a link the same day. If you have not received anything within 24 hours, email support@lumoplans.com with your order reference and we will sort it out.
What if the activation link does not work?
Email us at support@lumoplans.com with a description of what happened. Our activation warranty means we will replace the link or refund the order if we cannot get it working. We respond within 24 hours.
