Why is the price this low?
The same subscription is priced differently in different countries. Our international suppliers source activations from regions where the price is lower. We keep a margin and pass most of that regional gap on to you. That is the entire explanation.
What you receive is a normal activation link applied to your own account. Not a cracked login, not a shared account slot.
What does the activation warranty cover?
Our warranty covers the activation step itself. If a link does not activate correctly, we replace it or refund it. The warranty does not extend to the full subscription term once activation succeeds. See the warranty page for the exact wording.
What are the refund terms?
If we cannot deliver a working activation, you are covered under the activation warranty. Once a link activates successfully it is generally non-refundable, because a digital activation cannot be returned. The full policy, including timelines, is on the refund policy page.
Will you ever need my password?
No. You activate every plan yourself on your own account. We only need your email address to send the link. If anyone contacts you asking for your account password on our behalf, it is not us.
Is there a real person behind this?
